Yogi Pears provides yoga classes to pre & post natal mums, carers, and their babies with techniques and resources to aid labour & birth, and to enhance baby's physical, social and emotional development.

Pregnancy, Postnatal & Children's Yoga Teacher


I'm Nina Airey, yoga teacher in Hampton and mum to a small boy who keeps me busy! 

When I became pregnant with my son, I was already a certified vinyasa flow yoga teacher, and completed further training to teach pregnancy, baby and children's yoga. 

I grew passionate to share with other mamas the techniques I used through pregnancy and those early days as a new mum (learning to be a pair both on and off the mat!), as well as the techniques I use to continually support the growth of my own little Yogi Pear.

Mamas-to-be often ‘nickname’ their growing baby and I was no different.  I called him Pear (a blend of my favourite animal - penguins - and my husband’s nickname of ‘Bear’!).  

And thus ‘Yogi Pears’ was born.

About Classes 

Yogi Pears
Growing a tribe of ‘Hampton Mamas’

I offer group classes in pregnancy, postnatal and mum & baby yoga (newborn and crawlers). 


All classes are intentionally small and intimate with no more than 12 adults per class, and based in Hampton.  


The classes themselves are child-led, varied and differ each week, depending on the babies, where they are at, and what they need. 


Many of the mamas who have met through these classes have supported each other in those early days and are now friends for life.
