What We Do

Mum & Baby Yoga
Choose from age directed classes which are suitable from mum’s six-week (postnatal) GP check to approx 14 months for baby (when they can stand unaided). Every week is baby-led and varies as we explore techniques, breath and movements for baby and for Mum.

Pregnancy Yoga
This class is suitable from 12 weeks until birth, and builds strength, stamina, and prepares for birthing using breathing techniques, physical movements and mental visualisations. A great way to make new friends to support those early days of motherhood.
